GearWatch.NET Beta Released

Profitool, Inc. recently released GearWatch, an equipment and fleet management system. GearWatch offers the following features:

Schedule maintenance and repairs

Generate work orders

Create detailed service tasks, including service due alerts

In-depth unit transfer information

Track detailed unit information such as model, serial number, purchase date, manufacturer, and more…

Review equipment service history

Monitor location and availability status for each unit

Track warranty information, including reminder alerts

Tire Maintenance
Fuel Tracking
Document Imaging

Utilizing an intuitive Windows user interface, GearWatch runs on Microsoft’s SQL Server relational database. The system’s overall design centers on the needs of equipment maintenance shops. However, the need to integrate this software product with accounting/job costing software systems was not forgotten in the program design. Functionality is incorporated into this software that allows for the automated transfer of data between products like Profitool and Sage Timberline Office.

GearWatch was designed for users with a wide range of computer skills.
