We install our software and supporting software on clients' computer systems as part of an implementation. In addition, Profitool offers facilities management services to clients requiring a more turn-key service.
Implementation
Profitool has the proven capability to successfully implement our software anywhere in the world, for any size project or company. Our professionals have extensive backgrounds in construction operations and data processing. We develop a detailed implementation plan in consultation with each client that is tailored to meet the unique requirements of that client. The development of the implementation plan begins during the pre-implementation meetings that take place on-site. These are interactive forums where goals and objectives for the implementation are established between the client and Profitool.

Custom Programming
We strive to provide a comprehensive package of programs to the construction industry. We design a considerable amount of flexibility into our software to meet the varying needs of different types of construction or contractor firms and the different business practices they follow. When clients wish to develop custom applications to their software, we provide the facility and professional staff to do so without compromising our ability to support later versions of Profitool software interactive forums.

Training
Our approach to training users of Profitool products to achieve maximum benefit from the software is centered on designing a customized training plan for each client. Due to the flexibility of our products and the unique requirements of each client, a customized training plan is designed during the implementation process that allows every end-user to gain knowledge that is specific to their needs. After implementation, customized courses can be designed to address specific needs or functional areas as required by the client. These courses are presented in the format of a workshop either on-site or off-site.
Support
Our client services staff is composed of professionals with extensive backgrounds in construction accounting, project control, and data processing. All members of our client services staff have backgrounds in construction, and many of them used Profitool software products before joining our team. After the initial implementation of our software products, our professional staff is available to provide both on-site or off-site support for critical problem resolution, strategic planning, on-going training, and implementation of new/additional modules.

Documentation
All documentation is available to the user on-line. Elements include: "Help" for any application selection, task-specific documentation and a user guide. In addition to the standard documentation provided, you can customize the on-line documentation to suit your needs.
Help Desk
Profitool maintains a telephone hot-line to address all client questions. The hot-line is available during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MT, weekdays) and all other times by special arrangement. The goal of this hot-line is to solve clients' issues in the most expeditious manner possible. High-speed modem or internet based remote support is provided when necessary to facilitate problem resolution. Time-critical software changes are delivered on-line. All calls are logged into an intranet-based client service call-tracking application and escalated, if necessary, in an organized manner to ensure all problems find an appropriate resolution. Clients can access the call-tracking system directly via the Internet to add items to the log and check the status of previously entered issues.
