Profitool Joins Timberline’s Software
Development Partner Program

DENVER, December 13, 2005

Profitool, Inc. announced today that recent discussions with Sage/Timberline have produced an agreement for Profitool to join Sage/Timberline’s Software Development Partner Program. The result will be that Profitool’s latest construction equipment maintenance management system, GearWatch.NET, will soon be released to seamlessly interface with Sage Timberline Office. Once integrated, it is anticipated that GearWatch.NET will reside on the same Timberline server, transferring and sharing select data from the same relational database.

Sage Timberline Office customers will soon be able to take advantage of the strengths of GearWatch.NET, tracking:

• Equipment Maintenance
• Warranty Information
• Ownership and Operation Cost History
• Location and Availability Status

GearWatch.NET, a construction equipment maintenance management system, is intended to be intuitive and used by people with varying levels of computer experience – from very limited to highly experienced. More importantly, this software product can assist in maximizing profitability for the company by reducing “down time” and increasing the life of the equipment.
