GearWatch.NET Coming Soon…

DENVER, August 10, 2007

Profitool, Inc. announced today that it is nearing completion of the newest version of its construction equipment maintenance management system, called GearWatch.NET. It is anticipated that this newly enhanced product will be released for beta testing in mid-September of this year and ready for production shortly thereafter. GearWatch.NET will operate as a standalone application or interface with various accounting software packages. It will run on Windows operating systems, storing data in a relational database such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.

GearWatch.NET will allow companies to:

• Schedule maintenance
• Generate work orders
• Review warranty information
• Collect detailed repair cost
• Track the reported location and status of each unit and attachment

Through this software product, companies will be able to review historical maintenance information and schedule routine service (as well as not-so-routine repairs) that will greatly improve their awareness of the state of each unit.

GearWatch.NET will be intuitive and intended for use by people with varying levels of computer experience – from very limited to highly experienced. More importantly, this software product can assist in maximizing profitability for the company by reducing “down time” and increasing the life of the equipment.
