Profitool has the proven capability to implement our software anywhere in the world,
for any size project or company. Our service professionals have extensive backgrounds
in construction operations, project control, and accounting, enabling them to anticipate
and quickly resolve issues when they are encountered. We develop a detailed implementation
plan in consultation with each client that is tailored to meet the unique requirements of
that client. The development of the implementation plan begins during the pre-implementation
meetings that take place on-site. These are interactive forums where goals and objectives for
the implementation are established between the client and Profitool.
Having implemented our software for companies throughout the United States as well as in Europe,
Asia, New Zealand, and Australia, Profitool has the proven construction industry related experience
and expertise that allows us to create an accurate and efficient process to install, train, and deliver
a software solution that is configured to meet your specific requirements.
Our approach toward working with our customers as strategic business partners ensures that our involvement
does not end upon completion of the implementation. Instead, it continues by providing on-going
support – such as, enhancement programming, problem resolution, recurring training, statutory
changes, and new releases that incorporate changes made to the system by the community of Profitool users.
