Profitool's Professional Service staff is composed of individuals with extensive backgrounds in construction
accounting, operations, and project control, and many have used Profitool in their construction company backgrounds.
Our Professional Services team is available for on-site business process consultation, for critical problem
resolution, strategic planning, on-going training, and implementation of new or additional modules.
Because our team is familiar with the nature of our clients' business, we are prepared to bring appropriate
talent and commitment to the task at hand.
Custom Programming
We strive to provide a comprehensive package of programs to the construction industry. We design a considerable
amount of flexibility into our software to meet the varying needs of different types of construction or contractor
firms and the different business practices they follow. When clients wish to develop custom applications to their
software, we provide the facility and professional staff to do so without compromising our ability to support later
versions of Profitool software. Typically, such projects are handled by a team of experienced staff from both our
Professional Services and Programming departments in order to provide the customer with the most efficient solution.
