assurance that your new partner has the domain knowledge and experience necessary to help you

All members of our client services staff have backgrounds in construction, and many of them used
Profitool software products before joining our team. After the initial implementation of our
software products, our professional support staff stays with you and is available to provide both
on-site and off-site support for critical problem resolution, strategic planning, on-going training,
and implementation of new or additional modules.
Unlimited Telephone Support
Profitool's specialized customer support resources are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Mountain Time, all other times by special arrangement as needed, to address all client requests. Our
objective is to solve client issues in the most expeditious manner possible. Internet based remote
support is provided when necessary to facilitate problem resolution. Time-critical software changes are
delivered on-line. All calls are logged into a call-tracking application and escalated, if necessary,
in an organized manner to ensure all problems find an appropriate resolution.
Profitools philosophy of business is centered on the concept of providing a high level of service
to our customers as strategic business partners. They benefit from this close relationship with
Profitool because we provide them access to qualified support staff knowledgeable about the particulars
of their business and their specific implementation of software. We are not a commodity software vendor.
Rather, we focus our attention on companies that want to maximize their use of today’s technology through a close
interaction with Profitool. Essentially, Profitool acts as an outside resource to their in-house IT
staff to assist them with getting the most out of their investment in computer technologies.
